All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Shipping Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Heavenly Hills Garden is not responsible for any damage, delays, or losses that occur during transit. Shipping conditions are beyond our control. We recommend selecting Overnight shipping for sensitive plants to minimize transit time.

Plant Care Heavenly Hills Garden is not liable for the health or survival of plants after delivery. Plants require proper care, watering, sunlight, and maintenance to thrive. We are not responsible for plant death or decline resulting from neglect, improper care, unsuitable growing conditions, or environmental factors outside our control. 

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellation requests submitted after the 24-hour deadline will not be approved.
