What We Ship We ship live plants in 1, 2, 3, and 5 gallon containers to addresses within the United States. Larger sizes (B&B, 7-gallon and above) are not eligible for shipping and must be picked up in person or delivered and installed by our professional installation team.
Shipping Methods & Rates All live plants are perishable and require expedited shipping to ensure they arrive healthy. Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order:
2-Day Shipping – Live Plants (Perishable)
- 0–8 lbs: $40.00
- 8–15 lbs: $58.00
- 15–20 lbs: $73.00
- 20–35 lbs: $95.00
- 35–50 lbs: $125.00
- 50–75 lbs: $160.00
- 75+ lbs: $205.00
Overnight Shipping – Live Plants
- 0–8 lbs: $63.00
- 8–15 lbs: $90.00
- 15–20 lbs: $115.00
- 20–35 lbs: $150.00
- 35–50 lbs: $195.00
- 50–75 lbs: $250.00
- 75+ lbs: $315.00
Processing Time Orders are not shipped immediately upon placement. All shipments go out on scheduled shipping days only. Orders must be placed at least 4 days before a scheduled shipping date to be included in that shipment. Orders placed after the cutoff will automatically be moved to the next scheduled shipping date. Please refer to the announcement bar on our homepage for upcoming scheduled shipping dates.
Live Plant Care During Transit Our plants are carefully packaged to survive expedited shipping. Upon arrival, unbox your plants promptly, water them, and place them in an appropriate environment. We are not responsible for damage caused by delays outside our control (e.g., weather holds by the carrier).
Local Pickup & Installation Larger plant sizes that are not eligible for shipping are available for local pickup at our nursery. Professional installation services are also available — visit our Installation Services collection to add the appropriate tier to your cart based on your order total.
