Miscanthus sinensis 'Adagio' — Adagio is one of the finest compact maiden grasses available — a tidy, well-behaved mound of fine-textured, silvery-green arching blades that sway gracefully in the breeze. In late summer it produces showy pinkish-white plumes that age to a warm silver, persisting through winter for year-round interest. A perfect choice where full-sized maiden grasses would be too large.
