The Arkansas Black is a striking, deep red to nearly black apple known for its firm texture and rich, complex flavor that improves significantly with storage. Grown on a G41 dwarf rootstock, this compact tree is ideal for smaller spaces and typically reaches 6–8 feet tall. It's a late-season variety that ripens in October and is an excellent keeper. Self-fertile but produces better with a pollinator nearby.
