Gibson Gold is a sweet, mild-flavored yellow apple with a smooth, golden skin and crisp, juicy flesh. Grown on a G11 dwarf rootstock, this compact tree reaches 8–10 feet tall and is well-suited for home gardens and smaller spaces. It ripens mid-season in late August to early September and is excellent for fresh eating. Performs best with a compatible pollinator nearby.
